I had severe anemia in the past but recent blood tests were normal. I only need to change pads once or twice a day, have strong cramps, and am sexually active with one partner. My husband and I have been trying to conceive. I had my Kyleena IUD removed on Feb 10th. My last period was 3 days late. I took a pregnancy test on the 23rd and it was negative. Later that day I got what I thought was my period. It lasted 6 days with two days of heavy bleeding in the middle. Once my period ended I started using OPKs and got 4 days of positives. I read that some LH tests will be elevated during pregnancy so out of curiosity I took 3 different pregnancy tests and all were positive. Could it be pregnancy if my period just ended? Was that bleeding something else like chemical pregnancy?
