I have an enlarged heterogeneous condition in both ovaries with pain. The pain started 4 days ago and comes and goes. It is sharp. I am currently using only painkillers and I am 36 years old. I had IVF in early November. What could be the issue and should I consider endoscopy and removing the cystic structures, or can I wait until my appointment on Saturday?
