I am having cramping and bloating, and I'm not supposed to start my period for another 10 days. I also had some yellowish discharge. Is this normal?

I'm around 6 weeks pregnant and suddenly started bleeding bright red blood. The bleeding started about 10 minutes ago and is quite heavy, soaking through my clothes, but I have no cramps or clots. I'm not on any medications, but I did have an iron infusion 8 weeks ago due to extremely low iron levels, and I walk around 8km a day. Could this bleeding be related to the iron infusion, and what should I do?
