Do the same underlying problems cause miscarriage? I have no idea why I miscarried then.

I am 45 years old with confirmed adenomyosis. I've had 1 D&C and 2 rounds of Progesterone shots. I've been passing old blood daily and now bright red blood with clots, along with abdominal and back pain. I don't want a hysterectomy but am unsure of other options. Is hysterectomy my best bet, and should I be concerned about the new bleeding? Also, given my family history of breast cancer, should I consider removing my ovaries during the hysterectomy?

What could be causing the sensation of movement inside me, and how do I address this issue?

They look like they will burst but have been like that for several weeks. What could these be and is there any treatment for them?
