I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 and underwent chemotherapy last year. I am now on an aromatase inhibitor (estrogen blocker) and take a Lupron injection every three months to keep my ovaries inactive, which has led to early menopause. I am experiencing severe side effects such as hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, and mood swings. Is there anything that can help with these side effects?

I think I am 5 weeks pregnant but I am having lower stomach and lower back pains that feel like mild cramps. I had a yeast infection 2 weeks ago and took Fluconazole. My period is 5 days late, and I tested positive for pregnancy. I also have an epithelial cell abnormality from a recent pap test. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and can an abortion pill affect my cell abnormality?
