I have pretty regular cycles, but the last couple before I got pregnant were longer than usual, around 30-32 days. My last menstrual period was March 27, 2023, and my due date is January 1, 2024. According to my ovulation calculator, my fertile window was April 6-12. I had unprotected sex with Male A on April 4 and with Male B from April 7-10. I tested negative on the first two days of my missed period but got a positive test on April 26. Who do you think the father more likely is?

I have a persistent itch and pain around the outside of my vagina that comes and goes over the last year. The skin is dry, inflamed, and red, and sometimes there is a white discharge. I've tried steroid cream and a contraceptive pill, but they haven't helped. What could be causing this and what can I do for relief?

I think I have a yeast infection. I've been experiencing itching for two days, noticed white discharge with an acidic smell today, and have never had this before. I'm 23 years old, not sexually active, and was sick last week, possibly weakening my immune system. What medication can be prescribed for this, and what other information should I provide?

My wife, who is 34 and in her second trimester of pregnancy, has developed a brown lump on her breast. The pregnancy has been mostly good, with a rough first trimester but a good second one. She is not using any medications for the lump or otherwise, except for anti-depressants. The lump appeared this morning, is brown, located below the nipples on both breasts, slightly warm, and about an inch in size. There is no discharge, bleeding, or pain, but there is slight redness and yellow crust in the nipple. No lumps under the armpits, no fever, and the breast size is the same. What could this be and what should we do?

I have a strange bump on my vagina that I just noticed this morning. It's a little sore and has a hole like a pore. How large is it, does it look like a blister, and can you describe exactly where it is located? Is it on the skin with hair or more inside the vagina? When you touch it, is it painful? Do you shave the area? Are you sexually active and have you had any recent new partners?

I have a habit of biting my nails and peeling the skin on the top of my fingers, which doesn't bleed. I recently used the same finger to sign on a keypad at a sports bar after someone else had signed. I'm worried that if the previous person had a cut and blood was deposited on the keypad, I might have come into contact with it. I used hydrogen peroxide on my finger, which caused a burning sensation and created a white layer, leading me to fear that I might have had a cut. Am I at risk of contracting something serious like HIV from this interaction?
