I have pretty regular cycles, but the last couple before I got pregnant were longer than usual, around 30-32 days. My last menstrual period was March 27, 2023, and my due date is January 1, 2024. According to my ovulation calculator, my fertile window was April 6th-April 12th. I had unprotected sex with Male A on April 4th and with Male B from April 7th to April 10th multiple times. I tested negative on the first and second days of my missed period but got a positive test on April 26th. Who do you think the father more than likely is?

I'm still bleeding heavily and it's been 8 days. The bleeding was lighter the day before yesterday but is back to being heavy, and I'm experiencing severe cramps. I'm 44 years old and not using any medications for the bleeding or otherwise. My periods are generally regular, and I haven't taken any emergency contraceptive pills recently. What could be causing this prolonged and heavy bleeding, and what should I do?

I have bumps on my vagina that aren’t bothersome, have been there for more than a year, and haven't changed. They are located at the back of my vagina near the anus and are small to medium small in size. I'm currently using Olanzapine, Topiramate, and Sertraline. What should I do?
