I had unprotected sex on September 19 and 21, took Plan B pills on the same days, and started bleeding profusely with brown blood from September 25 to 28. My period should have come by now, but it hasn't, and I've taken over 50 pregnancy tests, all negative. Why haven't I gotten my period, and is there a chance I'm still pregnant?

I'm currently on my period for the last 8 days. It's extremely heavy, with non-stop blood clots and heavy bleeding that requires changing a super tampon and nighttime pad every 30 minutes. I'm 49 years old, not using any contraceptives, and have a history of irregular periods with heavy bleeding and blood clots. I'm also a type 2 diabetic on insulin, Ozempic, and thyroid pills. What could be causing this and what should I do?
