I have severe pain every month around my cycle time, even though I no longer have cycles due to an ablation and tubal ligation 2 years ago. The pain in my right ovary and across my lower abdomen is crippling for about 5 days. The pain is constant, very tender and achy, with sharp pains in the right ovary area that make me nauseous. I manage the pain with Morin. The pain also radiates to my back and legs, and there's a lot of pressure on my pelvic floor, making it painful to go to the bathroom. Is this pain related to endometriosis, and what treatments are available?

I have been experiencing bleeding from my urethra for 8 months, which has been getting worse and is now similar to a heavy period. I had a vaginal delivery 8 months ago with a second-degree tear and have since had two Depo injections and tried oral contraceptives. I am 28 years old and the bleeding is bright red, coming from the urethra, and accompanied by lower back pain. There is no pain when passing urine and I can see clear urethral discharge. I have not had an ultrasound of the uterus. What could be causing this bleeding and what should I do?

I had two positive pregnancy tests yesterday, a little over a month after my last period, and this morning I woke up with very red blood coming out of me, but only about a tablespoon worth. My last period began on 2/12, and I attempted using Ella the morning after an event. I am 21 years old, not using any medications, and have a history of low iron. I have a 2-year-old daughter. What should I do about the bleeding?

My partner and I are both experiencing burning sensations after having sex. The burning is mostly localized to my vulva, where my partner ejaculated. We had unprotected sex and used no lubricant. I washed with a perfumed body wash before intercourse. What could be causing this burning sensation and what should we do?
