I am 4.5 weeks pregnant and experiencing cramping and light bleeding. The cramping has been off and on for a couple of days, and I've had brown discharge and light spotting since my HCG levels doubled. Today, the cramping feels more intense with a bit more pressure. I have very little bleeding this morning after having sexual intercourse last night. The bleeding has been getting better, now just a little dot when I wipe once, then it's gone. I am not using any medications, I am 23 years old, and I went into preterm labor in November. I also believe I have some low progesterone. I have thick, white, clumpy vaginal discharge, sometimes itchy, and occasionally burns or feels irritated after sex. There is some redness and soreness now. What could be causing this and what should I do?
