I have small cuts inside and just outside my vagina that are very painful, and I have a very strong burning sensation when I pee. I was diagnosed with a yeast infection yesterday, but the symptoms are getting worse. I have white thick discharge but no foul smell. I'm 22 years old, not sexually active, and have no history of STIs or recent antibiotic use. I purchased Canesten but haven't used it yet. Is it an issue that the burning sensation when I pee is unbearable, and could it be something more serious?

I have spotting and dark brown discharge during ovulation period. This is the second time it has happened. I am 31 years old, not married, and not using any contraceptives. I also experience right side abdominal pain, low back pain, frequent urination (8-10 times in 24 hours), and occasional constipation. I am newly married and concerned about my wife, who is 30 years old and has missed her periods. She took emergency contraceptive pills (2 pills) in a week and had her last menstrual period on February 18th. I am dealing with a severe yeast infection that is getting worse, despite using usual remedies like fluconazole, boric acid suppositories, and anti-fungal cream. I have had recurring yeast infections since the end of last year, especially after intercourse. I am currently taking Gilenya for MS and am 32 years old.
