My girlfriend went on the pill a little over a month ago. We had unprotected sex 14 days after she started the pill, with my orgasm outside. Her period is a full day late today and she barely bled a few days ago. An at-home pregnancy test has been negative so far. We also had full sex a few days ago with orgasm inside. Why is she barely having a period, and is there a chance of pregnancy?

I have PCOS and recently went through IVF, resulting in a miscarriage at 6 weeks. After the miscarriage, I experienced heavy bleeding for 5 days, then spotting for 14 days. My OBGYN prescribed Progesterone, but the spotting did not stop, and I started my period, which is much heavier than normal, requiring a change of sanitary products every hour. Should I call my doctor?
