I have PCOS and recently went through IVF, resulting in a miscarriage at 6 weeks. After the miscarriage, I experienced heavy bleeding for 5 days, then spotting for 14 days. My OBGYN prescribed Progesterone, but the spotting did not stop, and I started my period, which is much heavier than normal, requiring a change of sanitary products every hour. Should I call my doctor?

I have a lump on top of my vagina that has been present for about 6 years. The radiologist report mentioned both benign and malignant possibilities and noted extensive posterior acoustic shadowing associated with the nodule. I am 54 years old, had a hysterectomy in 2015 due to uterine fibroids (no cancer found), and have had no irregular pap smears. What does the report mean, and what should I do next?

My periods are very irregular. My last period was on March 08, and I am currently 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. I had sex with one guy on 04/03-05 & 04/08-10, and with another guy on 4/13. I’m scared because me & the first guy have been trying for 2 years, and I just started taking prenatal vitamins in March. I’m scared if it’s the second guy’s baby when it was just one day. How can I determine who the father is?

I am 45 years old and had my left ovary removed last year. Since then, my periods stopped gradually, and I was feeling very low, so I was put on Livial Tibolone and Estradiol 1mg. It worked fine until recently, when my vaginal dryness returned. I also use Vagifem tablets twice a week. Please advise if I need to increase or change my medications.
