I have the bar implant and have been experiencing irregular bleeding or bleeding after having sex for over two months. I was prescribed the micro lite pill to control the bleeding, which initially helped but has now started again. What could be causing this and what tests should I consider?

I’ve had consistent vulva/vaginal pain for the last 2 days. It’s very uncomfortable and hurts when I walk, sit, or use the restroom. The pain is constant and ache-like. I have recently been on antibiotics, which I know can cause a yeast infection, but I haven’t changed soaps recently. Is it possible to have a yeast infection without itching, and if the issue does not resolve through the methods described, is there anything else it could possibly be?
