I had a pregnancy scare in January, took Plan B, and have had all negative pregnancy tests since then. I've had two full menstrual cycles, but I'm currently experiencing back pain, headaches, and I'm paranoid about the possibility of pregnancy. Is this normal, and should I be concerned about these symptoms?

I have been experiencing itchiness around my vagina for the past three days. The itchiness is not constant and is relieved temporarily by an anti-itch cream. My skin feels tender and irritated, but I don't see any noticeable changes like redness or dryness. I am not using any other medications and have no vaginal discharge, fever, urinary burning, or foul smell. What could be causing this itchiness and what can I do to alleviate it?

Is Desvenlafaxine safe for pregnancy or trying to conceive? I am 25 years old, on cycle day 5, and want to conceive this month. I am currently using Desvenlafaxine and Elevit, and have a history of using Lexapro, PCOS, and depression/anxiety.

I was sick last week with low fever, body aches, sore throat with white spots on the back of my throat, and around the same time, my vagina started itching, discharging, becoming red and irritated. I had also shaved and had night sweats in my vagina, making my private area sensitive. I am concerned that I may have gotten an STD. Other gynecologists have said it is a yeast infection, which I treated with Monistat 1, significantly helping the pain and discomfort. I also feel pain during sex. Should I get tested for herpes?

I am concerned I might have an STD due to delayed period, hormonal acne, weight gain, and a history of a UTI after unproductive sex. I am sexually active but have not been in a few months. I am not experiencing burning, pain, itchiness, or discharge, and I am not currently using any medication. I stopped birth control 8 months ago. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I consider?
