I have two small sores around my vagina that just started two days ago and have gotten a little worse. They are not soreness but almost look like scabs. I'm 20 years old and not using any medications. My vaginal area has seemed a little itchy or uncomfortable for a week, but not the actual bumps. What could these sores be and what should I do?

I have never taken any contraception, my last period began on 12/20, and I possibly conceived on 1/10. I started spotting early this morning around 2am. I have been on the lowest dose of tirzepatide for 4 weeks, with the last dose on 1/08. I am 32 years old. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative. What could be causing the spotting, and should I take another pregnancy test?

She has no fever, burning, or itching, but has lots of cramping, some nausea, and is very tired. What could be causing this and what should we do?
