I have VP, PCOS, and uterine fibroids. Recently, I've noticed a small swollen area near the clitoris hood on the right side, which is itchy and slightly uncomfortable. I had surgery for a pilonidal cyst a month and a half ago and was on antibiotics for three weeks. I'm currently taking vitamin C, Chlorella, and omegas. My period is due in 8-9 days. I'm 42 years old and have been celibate for 3.5 years. I noticed a thick white layer inside my vagina, mild cramps, and sensitivity during my last Pap smear six months ago. What could be causing this swelling and discomfort?

I have recently been experiencing a sharp pain in my lower abdomen, which I don't usually feel until after sex. I have experienced ovarian cysts in the past that went away on their own. I have not been to the gynecologist before and have irregular periods lately. I am a little late on my period this month and have been experiencing pain in my right lower abdomen, which was very sharp and noticed right after intercourse. Could it be a cyst, and what should I do if it is ruptured?

I think I may be having an ectopic pregnancy. I've been lightly bleeding for the last 3 weeks, tested positive for pregnancy on April 21st, started bleeding on April 26th, passed a clot on April 28th, and had an ultrasound on May 6th that found nothing in my uterus. My hCG level was 136, and I've still been bleeding with a positive test. My last period started March 15th and ended March 19th. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned about an ectopic pregnancy?

I want to start using birth control pills but I don’t know which one I should choose. I’ve never used birth control pills before, and my last period began today. My periods are regular, a little long (up to 8 days) and painful, but I haven’t had any changes in weight, diet, exercise, or stress levels. I recently had sexual intercourse, and I’ve never had a Pap smear. I don’t have any acne or headache issues, and I’m not allergic to any medication or have any other medical conditions.
