I have white spots on my vagina, pain while peeing, and migraines. The symptoms started 2-3 days ago. I've recently had unprotected sex, and there's no fish-like smell, but I'm discharging a lot, which is very watery. It hurts when I pee, and there's a bit of itching. What could be happening?

I’m 17 weeks pregnant with twins. I’ve been experiencing period-like cramps and back aches since yesterday. I have no bleeding, and was able to sleep through some of it. So far, I haven’t taken pain meds. I just don’t know if this is normal or if I should go to Urgent Care.

I went to the ER with pelvic pain and had a positive HCG blood test result of 2.5 milli international units/mL, which the doctor said indicates pregnancy. However, I read that this level is not considered pregnant. Is the pelvic pain related to pregnancy, and what should I do next?

I experienced a slight burning sensation when I peed today. I am a 23-year-old female, had chlamydia a year ago but was treated, and have no ongoing medications. The burn is not severe, there is no blood in the urine, no pain, and no fever. Could this be due to not drinking enough water?
