I have PCOS and took a morning-after pill. I experienced cramping and bleeding 5 days after taking the pill. Is this my actual period or a side effect of the pill? Additionally, how can I determine if I'm ovulating with PCOS, and what are the differences between ovulation and withdrawal bleeding? Also, could I potentially get pregnant from a situation where my partner pulled out and then re-entered after ejaculating on my private part?

I’ve been experiencing constant lower abdominal pain, mainly on the left side, which worsens with pressure and movement. I’m not constipated, gassy, or experiencing any discharge. I have large uterine fibroids causing discomfort, especially when I bend over, and I was told I have a cystocele and rectocele, though I don't have bothersome symptoms. My doctor suggested a hysterectomy, but I'm concerned about the possibility of the cystocele and rectocele worsening and needing a separate operation. Is it normal to do two operations, and can the doctor assess and potentially repair the cystocele and rectocele during the hysterectomy?
