I think I’m pregnant but I have an IUD. My last period was around May 1st, and my last Pap test was a year ago with no unusual findings. I took a pregnancy test two hours ago, which was positive, and I have had abdominal and pelvic floor cramps since May 24th. My IUD was inserted three years ago and is two weeks expired.
