Could I still be pregnant after taking five at-home pregnancy tests and they all came back negative?

I have been experiencing clitoral pain for about a month, which has worsened over time but is currently stable. The pain is sharp and occurs when the area comes into contact with something or tight clothing. I also have inflammation under the clitoral hood with a small white dot, and the area is super itchy. I am prone to yeast infections but this doesn't seem like one. I have taken flucanazole and have been doing multiple sitz baths for two days. I have normal, white, clear vaginal discharge with no fishy odor. I recently got STD tested and had a pap smear last year, both of which were negative. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I'm a 45-year-old female recently diagnosed with 1 cm irregular asymmetry in the right lateral breast on a craniocaudal view with tomosynthesis. No additional dominant masses, spiculated lesions, grouped calcifications, or skin changes were evident. No enlarged axillary lymph nodes. Density B for both breasts. I'll go back for a spot compression and ultrasound if persistent. What do these findings mean, and should I be concerned?
