I noticed that I have two vaginal openings, meaning I have 4 holes. I have one vaginal opening that seems normal, and a smaller opening just above it. How did I discover this? I have a yeast infection currently, so I was applying Vaseline to some tears I had with a mirror. That’s when I noticed the smaller hole above my vaginal opening. Is the smaller opening large enough that I can insert my finger into it? Or is it smaller than that? It is probably large enough that I could insert something as small as a q-tip.

I am a 68-year-old female experiencing irritated bowel diarrhea multiple times a day, especially after urination, along with lower abdomen pain that is tender when pressed.
