I've used Plan B before and my last period was a week before the intercourse. What should I expect regarding my period and bleeding after taking Plan B? I was prescribed loteprednol etabonate gel drops for papillary conjunctivitis and have been using them since 9/27. I found out I am pregnant (2 weeks post conception) and want to stop using the drops. Is there a cause for worry, or is it early enough in pregnancy that the risk of harming the fetus is low?

I'm taking a combi pill (Maxim) for endometriosis and have never had problems until I stopped taking blood thinners. Now, I'm experiencing regular menstrual cramps, brown discharge, and heavy menstrual bleeding with fresh blood despite taking my contraception daily on time. Could stopping the blood thinners have thrown off my hormones, or should I consult my doctor for something more serious?
