I had a sore on my vagina and then two more bumps appeared, followed by two more. Should I be worried?

Hello doctor, I have noticed that when I get really anxious, I start having clammy feet, stomach burn, and heartburn. I also think that this anxiety might be the cause of my rash on my chest that hasn't gone away since October, almost 3 months now. How can I manage these symptoms and is the rash related to my anxiety?

I think I’ve had a yeast infection for a few days now and I tried over-the-counter medication starting yesterday, but it seems to be getting worse. It’s constant and has gotten to the point that it hurts so bad I can’t pee. I’m 20 years old and have had unprotected sex a few times starting last week. I haven't really smelled it, but I have a lot of discharge, a lot of pain, and it itches as well. It doesn't seem to be leaving, and it burns so bad that I can't pee. I took over-the-counter meds but they didn't help. What should I do?

My period has been irregular for the past few months. My last period was light and lasted about 7 days. I've been spotting on and off since then.
