I just found out I have a large cyst on my right ovary. Can I still sleep on that side, or should I not risk it? I've been experiencing worsening pain for a few weeks, along with nausea, fatigue, and bleeding. I'm not sure if the bleeding is due to my menstrual cycle or a sign that the cyst has ruptured. What should I do?

I recently noticed a small mass on the right side of my labia where my thigh creates a crease with it. The mass is under my skin, not above, and I have no idea what it could be. Should I be worried? I'm 22 years old and experience a little pain when in contact. When was my last pap test or pelvic exam? Any irregular results from past exams? Anything else in my medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I'm bleeding more than usual on my period, especially on the fourth day, and it's been heavy for four days. I bleed through a super plus tampon every 20 minutes, and my vagina is very sore. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications. I had a medical abortion two months ago, and since then, I've experienced more blood clots and heavier periods. I'm concerned about underlying issues and whether the abortion might have affected me negatively. Additionally, I feel lightheaded, more pale than usual, and there's a slight odor. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I had my tubes cut and burnt when I was 26 years old, and now at 41, I've experienced irregular periods due to a family hormone imbalance. After my tubal ligation, my periods became less frequent and eventually stopped for four years. However, at age 40, I started having periods again, which were dark brown and heavy, causing me to visit the ER. Now, I experience periods every month or every other month with severe nipple pain and heavy cramping. Can you explain the severe nipple pain and heavy periods, and is this menopause?
