I just found out I’m pregnant a week ago and I’m suffering from severe nausea. I haven’t been seen by a doctor yet and I’m currently out of town, needing to take a road trip back home. I’m not sure how many weeks pregnant I am, but my last period started on May 22. I have no appetite, extreme fatigue, and some diarrhea in response to certain foods. I’m not on any medications and I’m 32 years old. I know I have low iron. What should I do to manage my symptoms during the road trip?

My girlfriend, who is 34 years old, has been experiencing vaginal bleeding a week after taking Plan B. She has not taken a pregnancy test yet. Her last period started two weeks ago and lasted for 3 days. She has been taking Plan B often, maybe once every month or every other month. What could be causing the bleeding, and is it possible that it's a minor miscarriage?
