My girlfriend, who is 34 years old, has been experiencing vaginal bleeding a week after taking Plan B. She has not taken a pregnancy test yet. Her last period started two weeks ago and lasted for 3 days. She has been taking Plan B often, maybe once every month or every other month. If FSH is 6.8 and AMH is 0.41, and I take 5mg of letrozole, won't that decrease my AMH even further? How does letrozole affect the number of eggs released and the AMH level?
