If FSH is 6.8 and AMH is 0.41, and I take 5mg of letrozole, won't that decrease my AMH even further? How does letrozole affect the number of eggs released and the AMH level? What is the significance of AMH and FSH levels in fertility, and how do they relate to ovarian reserve? If I take letrozole, do I need to adjust my usual ovulation tracking methods, and is 5mg a suitable dose for first-time use?
