My last period was in November 2021. I have been off birth control for three years and am experiencing occasional nausea. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

I have been taking Tri-Lo Sprintec regularly at 9:55pm. This past Monday, I vomited at 1:25am after taking the pill at 9:55pm. On Wednesday, I took the pill at 1:30am, which was 3.5 hours late. On Thursday, I took the pill at the correct time, meaning I took two pills in one day. Additionally, I experienced a stomach virus on Saturday, vomiting twice 18 hours after taking the pill and having diarrhea. Should I be concerned about the risk of pregnancy for this upcoming month?

I have questions about Plan B and spotting after I’ve already had my period. My last period was from April 14-18. I had unprotected sex on April 1st and took Plan B on April 4th, prior to that my period had ended March 29. After taking Plan B, I got my period on April 14, which was around a week earlier. I then had unprotected sex again on April 24 and began spotting after. What could be causing the spotting and should I be concerned about pregnancy?
