I have been bleeding for an extended amount of time. It has been going on for about 10 days and it slowly has been getting better. I am on birth control (Estrylla) and 22 years old. I took 4 pills at once during my second week of the pack, and my bleeding started on January 18. I have never had a Pap smear. What could be causing the bleeding and what should I do?

I think I have a UTI. I have sudden urges to pee, am peeing more than usual, and my pee hurts a little. I've had these symptoms for a week, which went away for 2-3 days but are back. I've had to relieve myself 7-9 times in the last 24 hours. I'm 23 years old, not on any medications, and this is the first time I'm experiencing this. I had severe abdominal pain before this started.
