I am two weeks late for my period and have tested positive for pregnancy. I have started experiencing bleeding and cramping today. I am RH Negative and have had an ectopic pregnancy before. Should I be worried about the bleeding and cramps?

I have had a strong odor for the last 2 months, but normal discharge. I have no known allergies and recently tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I had sex last night but before he actually penetrated me with a condom, his penis/tip was touching my vagina as well as we made out. He didn’t finish during any intercourse though.
