I have been bleeding with big dark blood clots for almost 2 months straight. It has gotten to the point that I am bleeding through everything. My doctor said she needs to do a saline ultrasound but is taking forever to schedule. The bleeding has been getting worse, and I am experiencing severe fatigue and cramps. I am 51 years old, and my normal cycle never lasted more than 3 days and was light flow. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been bleeding for 5 days after sex with my boyfriend and I’m not sure why. The bleeding has been stable, I'm not using any medications, I'm 19 years old, and I'm on contraception. There wasn't any friction during sex, it happens every time we have sex with multiple partners, it wasn't rough, I've never had an STI, and I don't have any chronic health conditions or take blood thinners. My last period ended last week, and I'm waiting for an appointment with a doctor.

I have been bleeding for an extended amount of time. It has been going on for about 10 days and it slowly has been getting better. I am on birth control (Estrylla) and 22 years old. I took 4 pills at once during my second week of the pack, and my bleeding started on January 18. I have never had a Pap smear. What could be causing the bleeding and what should I do?
