I was having intercourse and started bleeding. I have an IUD. Should I be worried about this, and what could be the cause?

Hello, I just lost my virginity to my boyfriend and after having sex, I am still bleeding and experiencing abnormal discharge. The discharge started on the 28th and has been constant, yellow, and liquidy with a faint smell. My last period started on the 15th and ended on the 20th, and it comes regularly. I don't have any other symptoms.

I bleed in between periods while I'm on the pill. It's been happening for nearly 12 months. I've been using birth control pills for 3 years, and this month the bleeding has been worse. I take Levlen Edno and don't miss any pills. There are no blood clots or heavy bleeding, but I experience a little bit of pain. I had a scan done today, but no results yet. I'm worried it could be something serious like cancer. What could be causing this bleeding, and what should I do?

I had unprotected sex a week after a miscarriage. Could I possibly be pregnant? My last period began on April 14th, I am not using any medications, and I am 20 years old. My HCG levels were at 4,000, then went down to 1000, and now they are at 340. I took a pregnancy test today and there is a faint line. Could I still be pregnant?
