I haven't had a period in 4 months and I'm too scared to go to a doctor because of COVID-19. The pregnancy tests were negative. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have had an IUD for 1 year and am experiencing period symptoms that come and go. My last real period was when I first got the IUD in January 2022. I am 22 years old and only using thyroid medication. Is this normal, and could it be related to a mild hormonal imbalance or the IUD being out of place?

Will Plan B be effective 4 days before ovulation day? I have used it before, my last period was on 3/14, and I have no allergies or medical conditions. I am 36 years old and not taking any birth control. I used Plan B after my last sexual intercourse and had minimal blood clots and light pink spotting a week before my period.

I have a breast X-ray and I want to know if there are any signs of breast implant surgery, augmentation, or any other breast-related surgeries on the X-ray. Additionally, I want to know if there is anything concerning on the X-ray, such as a dark spot on the right side.
