I'm 33 years old and have missed two periods. I did a pregnancy test three weeks ago, which was negative. I haven't had intercourse for a month until two days ago. I've been bleeding heavily, which is definitely not menstrual blood. I suffer from extreme PMS bloating and cramps but don't feel any pain. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been diagnosed with genital herpes and have been taking medication for it since Tuesday. I have experienced leg pain on my left leg and now I have felt a deep bump which is painful to the touch on my lower left leg. I also take birth control pills. Is this a side effect of the medication or a possible blood clot?

I missed my period and took 5 pregnancy tests, all of which indicated pregnancy. I experienced light bleeding initially, but three days later, I began having severe cramps and heavy bleeding that has continued for 6 days. What should I do?

I had a Gardnerella vaginal infection treated with metronidazole, and later was diagnosed with Enterococcus faecalis vaginal infection, treated with oral vancomycin. I'm experiencing symptoms again and am concerned about the side effects of IV drugs like gentamicin and streptomycin, which include severe inner ear damage, hearing loss, kidney and liver damage, and other serious side effects. I'm allergic to penicillin, erythromycin, tetracycline, and macrodantin. What are the alternatives to these treatments? How long are IV treatments usually necessary? Are they typically effective? How common is it for the infection to become systemic, and is it always fatal? I'm very scared and need reassurance.

I'm in my premenopause and my cycle has shortened for almost 2 years, but now for the first time, I haven't started after 32 days. Could it be the beginning of 12 months menopause or could it stop completely now? Or does it always lengthen for 6-12 times before it stops completely? I'm 41 years old, had a child in January 2018, and my periods have been irregular ever since. I know through a blood test that my estrogen has dropped very much. Additionally, I'm concerned about the risk of early onset dementia as my mother died of Benson syndrome, but her menopause was at 52.

If I am currently not on my period and have never taken birth control before, is it safe to start taking the pills now or do I need to wait until my next period?
