I have a rope-like swelling on one side of my Labia Majora that extends into my pubic mons. It has been there for 3 days and hasn't gotten bigger, possibly even slightly smaller. I have vulvar pain that started about a week ago and comes and goes. The pain is tingling and burning, and I'm currently taking antibiotics for a UTI. I also experience pain on the right side when I pee. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have had a Kyleena IUD for about 2.5 years and recently experienced a period that stopped for a few days and then returned. Is this normal even after this long with my IUD? I'm also on Prozac and Accutane, and I'm 21 years old.
