I'm 43 and was diagnosed with Endometrial adenocarcinoma endometrioid Figo Grade 1. I will be having a laparoscopic hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy on July 12th. I am 5.5 weeks pregnant and experienced intense pain in my lower abdomen during sex last night, which made me cry and shake. The pain persisted until I fell asleep, but there was no bleeding. While most of the pain is gone, there is still a small amount left. Is this something I should worry about, especially since this is my second pregnancy after a miscarriage in June?

I have a sore and don’t know what to do. How long have you dealt with the soreness? Is this issue stable or getting worse? Are you using any medications, either for the soreness or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

I have had the Nexplanon birth control implant for 2 years and 4 months and have not gotten my period since it was implanted. However, I recently got my period for the first time. Should I be concerned about this sudden return of my period, and does it mean I may need to get the implant removed or replaced sooner than the 3-year mark?
