I took Plan B last Saturday and noticed a small clot of brown blood this morning. I've already had my period this month, starting on the 18th and ending on the 22nd. Is it normal to have bleeding after taking Plan B, and could it be a sign of a miscarriage or pregnancy?

I have extreme vaginal burning both inside and outside, making it difficult to urinate, and I've noticed sores. The burning is unbearable at night and less severe during the day. I started experiencing this on Sunday/Monday. I have minimal discharge and odor, and I had unprotected sex on Saturday. I was prescribed a five-day antibiotic, but there's been no improvement. I also have an itchy rash near my anus. What can I do to alleviate the symptoms and should I seek further treatment?
