I'm a 41-year-old woman with PCOS, experiencing vaginal bleeding. I stopped taking Metformin for the last three months but started again on August 31. My last period was on August 24, and I noticed light vaginal bleeding on September 12. What could be causing this bleeding, and should I be concerned?

I’m having very light, almost non-existent periods that started before my child was born almost 4 years ago. My periods are mostly clear, watery discharge with much lighter blood. I’m about to be 39, and all blood tests did not indicate perimenopause. I went almost 4 months without a period at all and not pregnant. The doctor gave me provera for 10 days, and I started 8 days later, which was heavier but not like before. My most recent period didn’t even last 24 hours but was on time. An ultrasound showed a thickened lining after 4 months of no period. I had an endometrial biopsy today and was put on progesterone-only birth control. What are possible outcomes?

Hi doctor, I am bleeding after fingering myself (I'm a virgin), but I feel cramped and the blood comes out dark red in color, and I have my period supposed to be 3 weeks ago. Should I go to see the doctor?

My girlfriend and I had sex 27 days ago without protection other than her birth control. She has taken three negative pregnancy tests and her period is late. Could she be pregnant, and does switching to a generic birth control pill affect her period?

I have a single lump by my vagina that hurts really bad. The pain is sharp and stabbing when touched, and it's achey when not touched. What could this be and how can I treat it?

I've been experiencing unusual discharge since last night. It's very clear and thin, but I noticed a few stretchy, thick, jelly-like clumps that appear clearish or light yellow. I'm on Junel Fe birth control, had a LEEP procedure a year ago, and everything was normal at my annual check-up in March. I don't have any pain, itching, or burning. Is this discharge normal, and could it be related to my birth control or a potential infection?
