I’ve been spotting after ovulation for the last 3 months, and my cycle has come twice in one month. The spotting is getting worse every cycle. My last period was from August 28 to September 2. I have light pelvic pain and discharge. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am a 61-year-old postmenopausal woman on a generic estrogen patch. I forgot to take a dose and have been heavily bleeding for two weeks. Should I continue on the patch or take it off? The blood is bright red and heavy, and I have terrible cramps like I did when I was young. I have been using estrogen since menopause almost 15 years ago and started Synthroid for hypothyroidism about a year and a half ago. I am also a long-term vegan and have thalassemia. Additionally, I had endometriosis in the past and was on birth control pills in college.

I recently had sex using a condom, but the partner was aggressive and accidentally slipped out and inserted in the anal area, causing significant pain. A day later, I noticed bumps on the outer part of my vagina area that felt like underground pimples. Now, a few days later, there are slight scabs on the tops of these bumps. Can these be stress bumps due to the trauma, or what could they be?
