I have been experiencing a localized and constant burning sensation since July. I have tried various medications including Flagyl, Ciprobay, Diflucan, and yeast infection meds, but the issue persists. I have a history of UTIs and tested positive for Gardnerella and Klebsiella, but all tests are now clear. I am 44 years old and not menopausal. The burning is in the vaginal area, and when I pee, it feels super hot and has an odor. What could be causing this burning sensation and what should I do?

My period is 6 days late, I’m not cramping, and my pregnancy test came back negative. I’m not on any contraceptives or medications, and my last period started on October 20. I had a bad ovarian cyst over 3 years ago that led to the removal of one ovary. I took Plan B last Saturday and noticed a small clot of brown blood this morning. I've already had my period this month, starting on the 18th and ending on the 22nd. Is it normal to have bleeding after taking Plan B, and could it be a sign of a miscarriage or pregnancy?

I am currently on my period and my vulva has been itching like crazy since a day or so before it started. I have no idea why or how to treat it. I have looked online and I don’t have any other symptoms of any infections or anything, but I need a way to stop it or help it at least.
