I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant and I'm spotting, which comes and goes. Should I be worried? The spotting started last night and happened last weekend as well. I went to the ER and it was a cyst. I've been experiencing nausea, lower back pain, stomach pain, dizziness, and vaginal discharge. I'm currently taking prenatal vitamins. I had a miscarriage a year ago in 2012.

Would over-the-counter Monistat be safer, or is there a more natural and safer solution like using Greek yogurt with honey or eating Activia yogurt?

My period was 5 days late, and I took multiple positive pregnancy tests. I went to the doctor for a blood test, which came back negative, and now I have brown blood that seems to be my period starting. I never have brown blood when my period starts, and I am very confused. Does this mean I have had a chemical pregnancy?
