I'm experiencing severe bloating and heaviness in my stomach, making it look like I'm several months pregnant, especially on the right side. My stomach is so heavy it's causing lower back pain, and I've been unable to relieve the discomfort through belching or flatulence. I haven't gotten my period in 6 months and feel like I'm infertile. I was on Nexplanon but got it out in March last year. My periods were irregular before Nexplanon, and I've experienced stress and lifestyle changes like starting a healthy diet. I also have asthma, used to take daily headache medication, and now take fish oil and vitamin D3. What could be causing this and what should I do?
