Why am I passing slight tissue and brown color light spotting from yesterday after a transvaginal sonogram while I am 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant?

I've been taking PPIs for 5 years and don't get acid reflux pain as much, but I experience a sour taste in my mouth, lots of phlegm, and sometimes a hoarse throat. I'm concerned if the PPIs are still effective or if they might be causing damage to my esophageal lining due to low stomach acid. I've tried tests for low stomach acid and had no burping or burning with apple cider vinegar. I stopped pantoprazole for a month and didn't get acid reflux pain, but then started dexilant for gastritis and experienced severe throat burn when I stopped it. I went back to pantoprazole due to fear and the pain subsided, but still have a hoarse throat occasionally. Should I be concerned about damage to my throat or esophagus, and am I overreacting about considering minimally invasive GERD surgery?

Does taking a beta blocker affect a woman's menstrual cycle? I am taking a low dose of a beta blocker for anxiety and an overproduction of adrenaline, and I am noticing a change in my cycle. I have been very regular since I was 13 and am now 31. I have been on the blocker since mid-March.
