I recently tested negative for a yeast infection, but I have many of the symptoms and it reoccurs often. I've been dealing with this on and off for almost a year, treated with metronidazole, and have tested positive for Gardnerella vaginalis in the past. I'm currently using Fluconazole and clotrimazole. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?

I had my FET on 12 October 2022. HCG was doubling normally and pregnancy was confirmed after the two weeks wait. But today (7th November 2022) an ultrasound couldn’t seem to find a yolk sac. Also, I consistently experience cramping after 2am every night since my FET (5-day FET). Is my pregnancy viable, and what could be causing these issues?

How much blood is considered normal to lose during menstruation before I should worry, given that I have very irregular cycles, haven't had a period for over a year, and have filled my diva cup over 20 times in the last two days?

I expected to bleed on my ovulating day. It seems to be light bleeding, reddish in color, and I feel the same pain I feel when on my period. I am 16 years old. I am also concerned that it might be a chronic PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) because I have fever, painful sex, and constant lower abdominal pain.

I'm not on my period and I just started spotting enough for it to run down my leg, and when I went to the bathroom, I passed a clump of white-ish tissue. I have PCOS and am currently on metformin. I am sexually active with one partner. I deal with spotting often but haven't spotted in at least 2 days. My last period was from the 16th to the 27th of October. I'm having cramps, on and off nausea, dizziness, and clear vaginal discharge. I've had an ectopic pregnancy in the past. What could be causing this spotting and the white tissue, and what should I do?
