I'm having menstrual problems that I believe might be from my birth control, specifically the Nexplanon bar in my arm. My last period started on May 24th, and I have been bleeding and spotting since then. My cycles have been normal since I got the Nexplanon in December 2020, until May. I am also on spironolactone and I'm 21. Should I be concerned, and at what point should I see my doctor or go to the ER?

I have been experiencing breast milk discharge on both breasts for over a year, despite not being pregnant or breastfeeding. Additionally, I have noticed a strong smell in my urine and a slight change in my menstrual cycle, with lighter blood and a shorter duration. What could be the possible causes and what should I do?

I have been taking pregnancy tests for the past few days, and they initially show negative within 10 minutes, but a faint second line appears an hour or more later. I am unsure if this is an evaporation line. What could this be, and should I be concerned about pregnancy?

I took medicine for chlamydia two Mondays ago. My vagina doesn't have milky white discharge anymore, but I still have a slight itch on my outer vaginal lips. I am on Depo and normally don't bleed, but I noticed very light blood on the toilet paper. I also got my vagina waxed yesterday. Should I be worried about these symptoms?

I've been having issues with my menstrual cycles for years now, and it just keeps getting worse. Just today alone, I've bled through 14 super tampons and no amount of Tylenol helps. What should my next steps be?

I have irregular periods and have missed my period this month, experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as light pink discharge, cramping, and increased discharge. I am sexually active, have a history of trouble conceiving, and have had a negative pregnancy test. I also have celiac disease and menorrhagia. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
