I'm having problems with my period. I missed November and December was a very spotting month with cramps. I am always regular but for some reason in November I missed and December I started spotting on and off then started back on Christmas day and haven't stopped since. The spotting has gotten heavy along with cramps. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and they said everything looks fine, but I need to see my GYN. I have a cyst on both ovaries and a fibroid on the outside of my uterus, but inside was clear. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am 37 years old and 32 weeks pregnant. I have been experiencing recurring swollen lymph nodes in both armpits, which are tender and sometimes larger but always shrink and then reappear in different spots. I have a history of CIS, Asthma, and Ulcerative Colitis, and my mother recently died from Lung Cancer. I am concerned about the health of my baby and want to know if there are any additional tests I should undergo to ensure everything is normal.

I've been trying to get pregnant for about three months without success. I'm 19 years old, have regular periods that last about 3-3.5 days, and I used to smoke but stopped when trying to conceive. Do I need to be ovulating to get pregnant, and should I try harder during ovulation?

I am concerned I may be pregnant as I am 80 days late for my period. My boyfriend and I did not have penetration sex; he rubbed his penis on me while I was wearing underwear, and there could have been some precum. I've taken four pregnancy tests since I started missing my period, all of which were negative. What are the chances of pregnancy from this encounter, and should I be concerned about my delayed period?

I have VP, PCOS, and uterine fibroids. Recently, I've noticed a small swollen area near the clitoris hood on the right side, which is itchy and slightly uncomfortable. I had surgery for a pilonidal cyst a month and a half ago and was on antibiotics for three weeks. I'm currently taking vitamin C, Chlorella, and omegas. My period is due in 8-9 days. I'm 42 years old and have been celibate for 3.5 years. I noticed a thick white layer inside my vagina, mild cramps, and sensitivity during my last Pap smear six months ago. What could be causing this swelling and discomfort?

I have recently been experiencing a sharp pain in my lower abdomen, which I don't usually feel until after sex. I have experienced ovarian cysts in the past that went away on their own. I have not been to the gynecologist before and have irregular periods lately. I am a little late on my period this month and have been experiencing pain in my right lower abdomen, which was very sharp and noticed right after intercourse. Could it be a cyst, and what should I do if it is ruptured?
