I'm on birth control (the pill) for 6 months and experiencing breakthrough bleeding. I've taken all my pills on time this month yet still have been bleeding for a week and a half before my period is to begin (sugar pills week). Will just starting a new pack instead stop the bleeding? I am 6 weeks pregnant and experienced light pink spotting after a 45-minute walk. I also have a slight cramping sensation at the top left of my stomach under my left boob. I had a Pap smear yesterday and have a history of PCOS. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?

I have been experiencing lower abdomen pain on and off since the end of January, which has been sporadic and mostly subsided. The pain sometimes goes across my stomach and into my vagina, and lower back pain started on the right side and now extends across the right side of my back. I have had a CT scan of the abdomen and a pelvic ultrasound, which showed an 8mm ovarian cyst. I am 71 years old and have hypothyroidism. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do about it?

I have a lot of dryness, itching, and irritation due to menopause surrounding my vagina. The itchiness has been constant lately, mainly at night. I have no known allergies and no other relevant medical history. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate it?
