I'm on year four of my birth control (Nexplanon arm implant) and it's beginning to wear out. Today my partner and I had sex and we did not use a condom for the first few moments and put one on later. Should I get Plan B or be concerned?

I had a positive pregnancy test on January 30th, followed by severe cramps, blood clots, and light bleeding on February 2nd, which I thought was a miscarriage. I haven't had my period since, and I'm experiencing constant, worsening lower abdominal cramps and lower back pain. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I recently went to the Emergency room and did some tests. These are my results: Chlamydia/GC PCR (urine) - NOT DETECTED for Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae; Vaginosis DNA, Affirm (vaginal swab) - NEGATIVE for Trichomonas and Gardnerella, POSITIVE for Candida; HIV, Rapid Screen (blood) - NONREACTIVE for HIV 1/2 Antibody and HIV-1 p24 Antigen; Syphilis Screen (blood) - NONREACTIVE for Syphilis Antibody; Urinalysis w/ Reflex to Culture (urine) - HAZY appearance, 1+ Leukocyte Esterase, TRACE Ketones, 1+ Blood, 2 WBCs/hpf, MANY Epithelial Cells, ABSENT Bacteria. Also, the urine culture was abnormal with mucus present. What do these results mean and what treatment do I need?

I last had my period on December 5, and last week after intercourse, I had very light bleeding like a stain on a napkin. It's been 7 days and I still have very light bleeding. I went to the doctor and had normal pap and HPV tests, but I'm still worried. I'm 35 years old, have regular cycles, and have a subserosal fibroid. I'm not using any contraceptives or medications. What could be causing this light bleeding, and is there a chance it's uterine cancer?
