I'm taking a birth control pill that I believe is called fentanyl. I've been using it since October 2016, but I was unable to get a refill for several weeks due to moving. I'm currently spotting and wondering if I should wait until the spotting stops before starting a new cycle of pills. How should I proceed?

I am having pain in my back, specifically on the left side in the mid-back area just below my shoulder blade. The pain started two days ago as a sharp pain but has now become a dull, constant pain, especially when sitting down and relaxing. I am five weeks and three days pregnant. I am managing the pain with Tylenol and have not experienced numbness, muscle weakness, or increased fatigue, though I am extra tired, which I believe is normal for early pregnancy. I also have a benign pituitary adenoma, but it is tiny and recently checked with no issues besides occasional headaches, which are normal. Should I be concerned about the back pain?

I have been experiencing itchiness in my vagina for almost 15 years, which occurs mainly at night and when the area is wet. My vagina looks irritated, and I had a biopsy less than a year ago that showed thickened tissue due to scratching. I have no known allergies and no other significant medical history. What could be causing this and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I got a positive pregnancy test result and had sex with two partners in the same month. I took Plan B (one step) half an hour after having sex with the second partner. What are the chances that the second partner is the father, and could the Plan B pill have failed to prevent pregnancy?
